For orders to the United States and the United Kingdom, all duties and/or taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not collected by Starlin Cavalin. These charges are not included in the total of the order.
Returns
Send an email with your order number to info@starlincavalin.com, and we will respond within 48 hours. You can also initiate a return via the website. We do not accept returns for items that have been washed, worn, or have had their labels removed.
Take your package to your local post office. Please note that the customer is responsible for all return costs.
Keep your shipping receipt until your return has been processed by us.
When will I receive my refund?
We will refund your return as soon as possible, within 14 working days. We always refund your money in the same way you paid.
Changing or Cancelling an Order
Once your order is paid and processed, it is no longer possible to change the order.
It is not possible to cancel or modify your order after it has been picked up. Please note that if you refuse delivery at the door, the package will be returned to Starlin Cavalin at your expense. We will process your return once it has been processed in our system, and we will refund your purchase amount (minus the return costs).
Exchanges
Unfortunately, we cannot exchange orders for a different size. You can, however, place a new order on the website.
