Refund policy

Returns
Send an email with your order number to info@starlincavalin.com, and we will respond within 48 hours.
You can also let us know your return via the contact form on our website.
Take your package to your local post office.
Please note that the customer is responsible for all return costs.
Keep your shipping proof until your return has been processed by us.

When will I receive my refund?
We will process your return as quickly as possible within 14 working days. We always refund your money using the same method you used for payment.

Changing or Cancelling an Order
Once your order is paid and processed, it is no longer possible to change the order.
It is not possible to cancel or modify your order after it has been picked up. Please note that if you refuse delivery at the door, the package will be returned to Starlin Cavalin at your expense. We will handle your return as soon as it is processed in our system, and we will refund your purchase amount (minus the return costs).

Exchanges
Unfortunately, we cannot exchange orders for a different size. You can, of course, place a new order on the website.
