What is the expected delivery time?
Orders are processed and shipped within two business days. Pre-orders, however, are an exception with a typical delivery time of 8 days.
Where is my order?
You will receive a confirmation email from us when we have shipped your order. This email will also contain the PostNL track & trace number. You can track your order using the provided link and through www.postnl.nl.
Where can I find my invoice?
Once you place an order, you will receive your invoice/order confirmation at the email address you provided.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Once your order is placed, it's not possible to modify or cancel it.
What are the shipping costs?
For orders within the Netherlands over € 100,- the shipping costs are on us.
I didn't receive my entire order, why is that?
Occasionally, a specific item might be out of stock, preventing us from delivering your entire order at once. We prioritize getting your items to you as soon as possible, so we've already sent part of the order. Pre-orders have an average production time of 8 days.
I entered my address incorrectly, and the package has already been shipped, what now?
It's the customer's responsibility to provide accurate address information. However, we understand it's an unfortunate situation, and we'll do everything we can to ensure the package reaches you. Please email us so we can initiate an investigation with PostNL.
I haven't received my order?
We understand the inconvenience sometimes, orders might not reach their destination. This could have various causes. To investigate, please email us at email@example.com.
I accidentally entered the wrong email address and didn't receive a purchase confirmation?
The order confirmation is always sent to the provided email address. If you entered an incorrect email address and still want to receive your order confirmation, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We can update your email address and send you a new order confirmation.
Exchanges & Returns
What are the requirements for my return?
Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt.
Send an email with your order number to email@example.com, and we will respond within 48 hours. You can also let us know your return via the contact form.
Take your package to your local post office. Please note that the customer is responsible for all return costs.
Return costs are the customer's responsibility, and returns are processed within 14 business days.
Keep your shipping proof until your return has been processed by us.
Please note that makeup stains, damages, or strong odors are not accepted, and the hangtag must not be removed. All returns undergo careful inspection. If the return doesn't meet all requirements, it will be sent back to the customer.
When will I receive my refund?
Administrative processes typically take around 5 business days to show after we've processed your return. This timeframe depends on your chosen payment method.

We recommend sending your return package with a tracking number. In case the package goes missing, an investigation can be initiated with the delivery service.
