Shipping policy

Shipping Information:

Netherlands: Free shipping for orders over €100
Shipping cost: €6.95 Delivered within 1-2 business days

Belgium: Shipping cost: €13 Delivered within 1-2 business days

Germany: Shipping cost: €13 Delivered within 1-2 business days

France: Shipping cost: €13 Delivered within 2-5 business days

Spain: Shipping cost: €13 Delivered within 2-5 business days

Orders placed during the weekend from Friday 10:00 PM to Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

Returns: Send an email with your order number to info@starlincavalin.com, and we will respond within 48 hours.
You can also let us know your return via the contact form on our website.

Take your package to your local post office. Please note that the customer is responsible for all return costs.
Keep your shipping receipt until your return is processed by us.

When will I receive my refund? We will process your return as soon as possible within 14 business days. We always refund your money in the same way you paid.

Changing or canceling an order:
Once your order is paid and processed, it is no longer possible to change the order.
It is not possible to cancel or modify your order after it has been picked up. Please note that if you refuse the delivery at the door, the package will be returned to Starlin Cavalin at your cost. We will process your return once it is processed in our system, and your purchase amount will be refunded (minus the return costs).

Exchange:
Unfortunately, we cannot exchange orders for a different size. You can, of course, place a new order on the website.
